Dinamik Career

During the recruitment process, we evaluate candidates' suitability based on the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for the position. We use competency-based interview techniques tailored to each position and level. Depending on the level and requirements of the position, our assessment process includes interviews, personality analysis, English language tests, and general aptitude tests. After reference checks, we extend job offers to candidates who have successfully completed the process.

 

We seek team members interested in the automotive industry who are specialists in their field, passionate about their work, dynamic, and believers in the power of collective intelligence.

 

We organize an "Orientation Program" for all new employees to help them learn about and embrace our mission, vision, and values from their first day. The program continues with training to accelerate adaptation to the job and company, meetings with senior management, and experience-sharing sessions.

Career Management

We believe that every employee has potential...

As the Dinamik Family, we conduct performance evaluations within the framework of our “Career Management” policy. These evaluations take into account knowledge, skills, competencies, value-added work, and experience. Career management is supported by two main processes: Performance and Competency Evaluation and Succession Planning.

 

Performance and Competency Evaluation: We structure and implement effective succession and development plans by obtaining feedback from managers and team members about employees' careers and development. We identify critical human resources to help the organization operate more efficiently. We support these resources and ensure that all human and cultural processes align with this goal. All our employees undergo performance and competency evaluations once a year, and we develop development plans.

 

Succession Planning: Based on the results of the evaluations, we identify employees who could potentially succeed in a higher position within the organization. We consider their current roles, prior experience, and potential in alignment with company strategy and needs during the relevant period. Succession plans are developed for management and higher-level roles accordingly.

BUDGET AND FINANCE MANAGER TRAINING

As we approach the new year and a new period, we conducted Budget and Finance training with our Dinamik managers in order to determine our strategies and focus on our goals. We completed the training efficiently with the experience and valuable contributions of our instructor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şevket Sayılgan.

DINAMIK BUSINESS ACADEMY MANAGER TRAINING

Our valuable sales leaders, who set trends and are the closest followers of innovations, not only held the Q2 meeting but also experienced a groundbreaking experience with the presentation of our Sales and Marketing Director Hakan YEŞİLSU within the framework of the Dinamik Business Academy Manager Training Program.

DISTRIBUTION CENTER MANAGER TRAINING

The valued managers of Dinamik Distribution Centers located across Turkey gathered in Kayseri for the “Give Yourself an Opportunity, Expand Your Sphere of Influence” training. Following knowledge sharing and gains, the managers completed the program with a visit to the Kayseri Distribution Center. The training programs they will participate in will continue without pause.
