Career management is supported by two main processes: Performance and Competency Evaluation and Succession Planning.
Performance and Competency Evaluation: We structure and implement effective succession and development plans by obtaining feedback from managers and team members about employees' careers and development. We identify critical human resources to help the organization operate more efficiently. We support these resources and ensure that all human and cultural processes align with this goal. All our employees undergo performance and competency evaluations once a year, and we develop development plans.
Succession Planning: Based on the results of the evaluations, we identify employees who could potentially succeed in a higher position within the organization. We consider their current roles, prior experience, and potential in alignment with company strategy and needs during the relevant period.
